The Frame Project Team

—— The Frame Project Team is Based in Greece

The FRAMe Project is an ongoing collaboration involving:

Voulgaris Aristeidis, designer and constructor of precision astronomical and optomechanical instruments, image processing specialist, and responsible for part fabrication, assembly, and measurements;

Mouratidis Christophoros, PhD (Mathematics), responsible for image processing and mathematical support;

Vossinakis Andreas, industrial – graphic designer and astronomical map designer.

The team extends its heartfelt thanks to Prof. M. Edmunds, (late) J.H. Seiradakis, and X. Moussas, for granting permission to use the X-Ray Raw Volume data of the Antikythera Mechanism fragments. Special thanks to Prof. E. Vanidhis (ret.) and Prof. J. Arvanitidis of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Physics Department – Solid State & Optics Laboratory, for their support. We sincerely thank the National Archaeological Museum of Athens for granting permission to photograph the fragments of the Antikythera Mechanism.
